How do we put a smile on people's faces?

The Next Chapter 2019: Cushman & Wakefield

Cushman & Wakefield’s APAC Leadership conference activation, the evolution of our VIVID 2019 Tumbalong Lights “See What I See” activation.

This event activation invites all attendees, who are C&W APAC leaders to create their own Digby Webster’s artwork.

Digby Webster

Digby is a widely exhibited, Sydney-based visual artist, his canvases burst with vibrant colours whether they are abstracts, portraits or landscapes. Digby’s perception of the world around him is fascinating. See What I See is an interactive installation that gives visitors a chance to experience the way Digby sees us. Stand in front of the frame and see yourself mirrored through advanced facial recognition technology that interprets your features and expressions into a morphing vision of colour and light that is uniquely Digby in style.

The Creative Process

The brief was to create an event activation where all the event attendees can participate and create a talking point. We have to reuse the "See What I See" activation we've done with Digby Webster, as he is also involved in creating the event take away, Digby's artwork printed laptop bag. Our solution was to create a smaller version of the activation, using the same tech and setup, where we would capture each artwork created to be matched with the participant's profile picture on a larger screen.
